Nu söker vi en funktionsansvarig till vår kunds IT-servicedesk. Brinner du för att leda servicedesken och samverka med övriga IT-grupper för att kunna ge bästa 

Zetup fortsätter att leverera och utveckla applikations- och systemdrift, servicedesk/ teknisk support samt arbetsplatstjänster till kommunens anställda och dess verksamheter, för att tillgodose behoven hos såväl kommunens medarbetare som de 27 000 invånarna. Förflyttningen till Zetup har inneburit ett omfattande designarbete och en avancerad kravställning. En helt ny miljö har implementerats bestående av servicedesk, arbetsplats, infrastruktur och applikationsdrift för kundens verksamhetskritiska applikationer. Den globala IT-leveransen till användarna på Greencarriers samtliga kontor kommer att, som tidigare, hanteras genom Zetups Servicedesk. I och med det nya avtalet fortsätter också arbetet med ett flertal förbättringsprojekt runt den centrala infrastrukturen och införandet av ytterligare molntjänster.
